1998
Kito J. Johnson, our CEO and broker in charge, acquires his first home at the age of 20. He applied a lease purchase strategy, later renovating and selling for $30,000 profit. This sparked a passion that remains today.
2004
We became an investment real estate company, partnering with various other entities to create and sustain wealth through real estate investing.
2013
We became a full service real estate brokerage in Georgia. Since 2013, our team has analyzed over one thousand residential assets for individual investors and private equity funds. Our success has resulted in excess of $20M in yearly acquisitions.
2014
Our firm expands into Florida, Alabama, Minnesota, and South Carolina.
2015
We began hosting educational symposiums for first time and well-seasoned investors.
